Cancellation requests will be considered only if made within 2 days of placing the order.
Cancellation may not be accepted if the service delivery or processing has already been initiated.
Refund or replacement may be considered if the service delivered is defective or not as described.
Complaints must be reported within 2 days of service delivery.
Approved refunds will be processed within 9–15 working days.
Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment only.
